	I recently signed up for a program at my upline's request called Maximum Referrals. The membership votes on the programs that are included and they have just had a vote on some programs. Of the programs they are voting on one was Empowerism and it was so popular that they put it in before the election was over. 	Janet, WOW! I just "opened" my free issue of Excellence (March 2002) on your website and the first article I read was the one you wrote entitled, "The Deciding Factor of Your Success". Again, WOW! I have utilized these techniques in my own life in the past and have seen the tremendous results of doing so. I too envisioned having a successful business of my own after a successful career in broadcasting. Three years ago I started that business and shortly afterwards was introduced to the techniques you mention in your article. I have seen these techniques work and the first full year I owned my business we did over $330,000 in gross sales working out of a back bedroom in my home. 	In May 2004 I acted on the advice of a friend and joined "Empowerisim". Well I must say that this has to be one of the best decisions,I have ever made. 	I have had experience with other MLM plus leads programs. I haven't had problems recruiting people, but I always felt bad when I knew they had to refer others to benefit from the programs as well. This RSVP innovation at Empowerism allows members to double their purchase fees in profits so that they can build themselves up a growing income without having to recruit anyone actively. One other benefit for the non-active-recruiters is that the leads-autoresponder setup does the job for them so that they ALSO have chances to get referral benefits even though they may not recruit actively. 	I started with Empowerism around the middle of June not knowing for sure how this RSVP stuff is going to turn out. Seeing how so many Internet ventures have come and gone, and when they went, they took a big chunk out of my pocket. After doing my due diligence, I decided to jump in all the way.
